Night photo walk in Berlin couple years ago. I found this narrow lonely place in one of the streets with this piece of art graffitti. Analog street photography Poland.
Analog push process is when you take a low speed film and shoot it with much higher speed. I usually use Ilford Hp5 ISO 400 and shoot it at ISO 3200. Push process always means longer development times and bigger grain. On this picture of my dog, the grain is extremely big due to the push process and also because it is a blow-up picture, which means the oryginal picture is much bigger, and this is a big crop of the picture.
This film photography was shot in Poland couple years ago. My older son was sleeping with our cat in a wooden box, and the yonunger was chilling and laughing at older brother.
Ilford HP5 is perfect for analog push process. It’s nominal ISO is 400, but i push it to ISO 3200, and develop for 24 minutes, to get it right. Love the film grain in this one.
My son’s Oskar birhday was in August, but I just developed film with picture on it. The birthday party was in Laser Wars playground in Gdańsk. Happy birthday son.
Llibreria Sant Jordi is one of the places I have to visit every time I am in Barcelona. I always buy some photo album of spanish classic black and white photographers, and talk a while with the owner of the store. This library also reminds me of Carlos Ruiz Zafón and a library in his books. It is definitely one of my favourite places in Barcelona.
